Job summary

Downtown Emergency Service Center in Seattle, WA seeks a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) for the PACT team. The role blends treatment facilitation with case management to support participants with complex needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the state as a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) in good standing.
• Active SUDP license issued by the Washington State Department of Health.
• Ability to drive and have a valid WA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate PACT’s SUD programming with 80% facilitation and 20% direct case management.
• Update substance use treatment plans monthly and propose evidence-based interventions.
• Provide SUD treatment individually and in groups using harm reduction approaches.
• Coordinate with DESC staff and community providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training.
• Maintain timely clinical records and comply with QA reviews.
