The Iowa City VA Health Care System is seeking an experienced Staff Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cedar Rapids Outpatient Clinic within the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) in Primary Care. The role involves direct Veteran care and care coordination to ensure seamless primary care services.

Basic requirements include English proficiency, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and an active U.S. nursing license.

Qualificações

• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN/ Diploma/BSN/ MSN).
• Current, full, active nursing license in a U.S. state or territory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to Veterans in the Primary Care Department.
• Coordinate care and communication for Veterans within the clinic.
• Meet grade/level education and licensure requirements as outlined by VA standards.
