U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks an Outpatient PACT Registered Nurse to lead day-to-day case management and coordinate a team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

The RN will work in the Primary Care Clinic within the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model, applying nursing knowledge to manage care plans and coordinate services. The position requires an approved nursing degree, an active RN license in the United States, and strong English proficiency for direct patient care.

Competenze

• Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by accrediting agency.
• Current, full, active, unrestricted RN license in a US state/territory/DC.
