Job summary

Iredell Memorial Hospital Incorporated is seeking a PACS Administrator to oversee the PACS system, provide initial and ongoing training, manage user accounts and privileges, and ensure patient record integrity. The role includes monitoring system performance and performing basic troubleshooting for day-to-day users.

Shift: 1 day per week, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with call every other week. Associate degree in relevant fields and 3 years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in information systems technologies or Radiologic Sciences.
• Three years experience in the radiology field or information systems.
• Documented skills in system network technologies.
• Demonstrated understanding of Radiology work flow patterns.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall management of the PACS system, including initial and on-going training, managing accounts and system privileges of various levels of users, management of patient records, monitoring of system performance and basic troubleshooting for day to day users.
