Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in radiologic technology, information systems analysis, or database management.
• Experience with PACS hardware/software configuration and user access management.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day PACS operations, including access, maintenance, and data reconciliation.
• Coordinate with radiologists, IT, and vendors for updates and stability tasks.
• Provide user training and ongoing support for PACS-related tools.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, data security, and quality initiatives.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed.
• Administer system access, storage, organization, and retrieval of imaging records.
