Real Radiology, LLC is seeking a skilled PACS Administrator to oversee the imaging infrastructure in a fast-paced teleradiology environment. The role requires strong experience with PACS administration, HL7 integrations, and DICOM workflows, along with a focus on reliability and security.

You will work with IT and operations teams to ensure secure, 24/7 access to medical images, coordinate upgrades, and support client interfaces.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and healthcare IT experience.
• 3–5 years of PACS administration experience in hospital, imaging center, or teleradiology setting.
• 2+ years supporting healthcare integration engines and HL7 interfaces; experience with Mirth Connect preferred.
• Experience supporting DICOM imaging workflows and networking in enterprise environments.

Aufgaben

• Administer, maintain, and optimize PACS and associated imaging infrastructure.
• Monitor performance, storage usage, data integrity, and uptime.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, security groups, and access controls.
• Coordinate software upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
• Test and validate systems after upgrades and changes.
