Advocate Health’s Imaging Services department seeks a skilled PACS Specialist to manage daily PACS operations within a hybrid work model. You will coordinate data transfer, archiving, and RIS validation, while communicating system changes to medical staff.

The role requires an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field and ~5 years in imaging/PACS, with strong IT and collaboration skills. Hybrid schedule with 60% remote work.

Formación

• Association degree in radiologic technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years imaging services/PACS experience.
• Strong knowledge of imaging IT systems and security.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily PACS operations including data transfer and archiving.
• Coordinate technical aspects of PACS network and equipment.
• Respond to system inquiries and troubleshoot downtime events.
• Develop training programs for staff using PACS and related apps.
• Work with IS to implement upgrades and ensure security measures.
