Job summary

Imagen Technologies is seeking a Clinical Applications Analyst to support radiologists nationwide by ensuring PACS and clinical applications are stable, well-configured, and optimized for high-quality patient care. This role requires healthcare domain expertise and strong client-facing communication.

You will lead configuration, troubleshooting, and workflow enhancements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years supporting clinical or radiology systems in healthcare.
• Deep understanding of DICOM and HL7 interfaces.
• End-to-end understanding of imaging exam lifecycle: acquisition, routing, interpretation, reporting, archiving.
• Proven radiology/teleradiology workflow expertise.
• Hands-on experience with PACS and related clinical applications.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Imagen’s clinical applications and imaging systems to ensure reliable radiologist workflows.
• Serve as SME for PACS and clinical applications; support setup, troubleshooting, upgrades, integrations, and workflow enhancements.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to identify and implement workflow improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex clinical application and imaging workflow issues; drive resolution with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Proactively monitor application health, system stability, and workflow performance to minimize disruptions.
• Support testing, validation, and implementation activities for new workflows, upgrades, integrations, and deployments.
• Train and support internal teams and end users on functionality and best practices.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships to stay informed on upgrades and enhancements.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to Level 1 support and participate in Level 2 on-call rotation.
• Occasionally provide coverage outside normal business hours.
