Job summary

RAYUS Radiology in Minnesota is seeking an Image Management Specialist II to support day-to-day image management, PACS, dictation, clinical reading functions and operations. This role emphasizes 2nd level imaging support and cross-team collaboration.

You will work on-call as needed, travel between sites, and contribute to standardizing image management workflows while training market personnel in routing, archiving, and reader functions.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years' experience in radiology operations and/or health care project management.
• Experience in PACS and teleradiology processes and equipment.
• Ability to work on call as needed.
• Some travel between sites required with reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance for company vehicle use.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level support for image services and act as escalation point for 1st level issues.
• Monitor ticketing system for critical issues and escalate as needed.
• Establish and test new image routes and support operations for new centers.
• Develop operating standards, policies and procedures for image management.
• Serve as interface between IT, engineering, radiologic technologists and radiologists to ensure smooth PACS operation.
