Kelly Services is seeking a Packaging Operator for the 2nd shift in Davie, FL. You will set up, operate, clean, and maintain drug manufacturing and packaging machinery in a cGMP environment, following SOPs and batch records.

The role requires a High School Diploma, strong English skills, basic math, and computer literacy. You will work Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM with two 30-minute lunch breaks, at $25.30 per hour and a 6-month contract with possible extension.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced cGMP environment preferred.
• Skills: Strong English written/verbal, basic math, computer literacy (MS Office, ERP/LMS).
• Physical Demands: Lift 25 lbs, up to 50+ lbs with assistance; extended standing, bending, reaching.
• GMP Policy: No jewelry in production areas (plain wedding bands allowed).
• Pre-Employment Screenings: Background check, 11-Panel Drug Screen (+ Fentanyl), vision/hearing/spirometry/respirator fit assessments.

Packaging Operator -2nd shift (3 openings)

Location: Davie, FL 33314

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM (Two 30-minute lunch breaks each)

Pay rate: 25.30$ per hour

Contract: W2 under staffing supplier; with a 6-month duration (possible extension according to performance)

Role Summary Set up, operate, clean, and maintain drug manufacturing and packaging machinery (mixers, dryers, tablet presses, labelers) while adhering to cGMP guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and batch records.

Core Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Experience in a fast-paced cGMP environment (pharmaceutical, medical device, nutraceutical, or food) preferred.
• Skills: Strong English written/verbal skills, basic math, computer literacy (MS Office, ERP/LMS), and high attention to detail.
• Physical Demands: Routinely lift 25 lbs (up to 50+ lbs with assistance); push/pull heavy materials; extended standing, bending, and reaching.
• GMP Policy: Strict no-jewelry policy in production areas (only plain wedding bands with no stones permitted).
• Pre-Employment Screenings: Background check, 11-Panel Drug Screen (+ Fentanyl), and comprehensive medical screenings (vision, hearing, spirometry/respirator fit, physical/lifting assessment).
