Hydro Extrusions is seeking a Packing Manager in Saint Augustine, FL to lead all packing operations as part of the Plant Management Team. The role ensures efficient, safe, and high‑quality packing processes and leads packing teams to align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities include scheduling, daily planning to meet demand, process evaluation, cost control, and staff development while upholding health and safety standards across the department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of Supervisory experience in related industry.
• Comply with Health, Safety & Environmental requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work in and through teams, with all levels of the workplace.
• Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution are required.
• Fluency in English, any other languages a plus.

Job Summary:

The Packing Manager is responsible for leading all packing operations. As a key member of the Plant Management Team, this role ensures efficient, safe, and high-quality packing processes and leading packing teams while aligning with organizational goals.

What you will be doing

• Plans and make daily schedules to meet customer demand and line efficiency, this is a key function of the Packaging Manager position to ensure success of the Packaging.
• Analyzes and evaluates established production processes for optimal departmental performance.

Required Education/Experience

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Manufacturing experience; exposure to aluminum extrusion industry a plus.
• Keen listening/communication abilities to lead improvement processes within various area and levels of organization.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate on all levels.
