Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas in Huntley, IL is hiring for a Packer/Inspector I on 2nd shift. The role focuses on inspecting thermoformed sheets, removing non-conforming parts, and packaging finished goods.

You will assemble cartons, maintain safety, and support continuous improvement efforts on a fast-paced production line. Requirements include 6 months of production experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 6 months production line experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated manufacturing experience and basic literacy/numeracy skills welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect thermoformed sheets for defects and ensure quality.
• Remove completed sheets from machines and assemble cartons.
• Load parts into cartons, stack per specs, and seal cartons.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and report non-conforming parts.
• Read specification sheets and participate in continuous improvement.
