Herr’s is hiring a Full-Time Packer to join the Jackson, OH team. The role includes working on first and second shifts (3:30am-3:30pm and 3:30pm-3:30am), Monday through Thursday, with possible extra hours as needed. Eligible for up to a $250 retention bonus.

We are currently seeking a qualified individual for our Full-Time Packer position, to join our Jackson, OH team!

• SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday
• SHIFT: 1st Shift - 3:30am-3:30pm; 2nd shift - 3:30pm-3:30am
• Additional hours may be required due to business demands.

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED:

• Must complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen, as well as a preplacement screening which tests the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.

COMPETENCIES YOU BRING:

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work with latex gloves, airborne seasoning, cardboard dust, cleaning solutions, and hot water.
• Must be able to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS YOU BRING:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Good balance on slippery surfaces.
• Sustain concentration for up to 3 hours at a time.
