Job summary

Herr's is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join the Nottingham, PA team. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, with a night shift from 11pm to 7am, and may require additional hours as business demands dictate.

Eligible for a retention bonus up to $250.00, the role includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, on-site Marathon Health Clinic, a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, holidays and sick time, plus an employee referral program.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• 1–3 months of related mechanical experience and/or training.

• Ability to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment.
• Good balance on slippery surfaces.
• Sustain concentration for up to 3 hours at a time.

We are currently seeking a qualified individual for our Machine Operator position, joining our Nottingham, PA team!

• SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday
• SHIFT: 11pm-7am
• Additional hours may be required due to business demands.

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED:

• Must complete a background and pre-employment drug screen. As well as a preplacement screening which tests the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
