Hours are 3:30PM-12:00 AM (OT/Weekends likely).

Pay: $16.00/hr with a shift differential of $.50/hr for working 2nd shift hours.

Summary:

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Packer is responsible for processing the highest quality of fresh fish to fulfill customer orders and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Packaging product with speed and accuracy.
• Understanding and following written and verbal instructions. Working cooperatively with others.
• Long-term standing is required.
• Must be able to lift, pull/push, carry up to 50 lbs for short distances.
• Walking and long-term standing are required.
• The production area maintains a cold temperature; warm clothing is required.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-year factory-related experience preferred.

Work Environment:

• Work performed in a cold environment (35-40 degrees).
• Standing for long hours.
• Fast-paced environment.
