Job summary

Jillamy Inc. is seeking an experienced Shift Lead for our warehouse operations in Warminster Township, PA. You will be responsible for setting up and breaking down packaging lines, ensuring correct material handling, and supervising temporary staff across shifts.

Strong communication and adherence to SOPs are essential. The role requires forklift operation, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year warehouse or leadership experience preferred.
• Must have valid forklift license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work across shifts and locations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down packaging line per operation schedule.
• Pull correct material; ensure lot/item/location sensitivity.
• Oversee temporary employees and coordinate across shifts.
• Maintain safety and quality standards; monitor line performance.
• Communicate effectively across shifts; address issues promptly.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; contribute to continuous improvement.
