Job summary

Jillamy, Inc. in Morrisville, PA, seeks a detail-oriented warehouse associate to handle daily order processing, picking, packing, labeling, and inventory control.

You will clock in and work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate orders and data integrity while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and teamwork with the shipping/receiving crew.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year warehouse, contract packaging or forklift experience.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with appropriate equipment or assistance.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and climb stairs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to read, interpret and comply with written information and documents.

Responsibilities

• Pulls and packs products efficiently based upon daily orders and customer specifications.
• Responsible to ensure accuracy of orders.
• Clock in via ATR and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Pick Orders based upon case pick and unit pick.
• Label units and ensure accurate units, item, lot and quantity.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of warehouse; general housekeeping.
• Receive product into storage and maintain accurate inventory and reporting.
• Record warehouse location and product information.
• Follow SOPs and institute them properly.
• Attend regularly and maintain punctuality; work safely in all conditions.
