Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Packaging Technician I to perform manufacturing steps, operate packaging lines, and follow GMP and safety policies. The role includes setup, changeovers, and minor repairs, with emphasis on material handling, QA checks, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree with PLC experience or a bachelor’s degree with no experience, plus basic computer skills and math proficiency. Strong attention to safety and quality is required.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree as stated with PLC and packaging equipment experience.
• Proficient with basic computer programs and math.
• Experience in manufacturing/packaging or PLC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging lines and perform setup, changeovers and minor repairs.
• Verify materials and perform in-line quality checks.
• Follow GMP, safety policies and 5S; maintain clean area.
• Coordinate materials and perform batch records in SAP.
• Support maintenance and reliability improvements.
