Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Packaging Technician I to perform manufacturing steps using proper equipment and procedures across GMP-compliant lines. The role covers setup, material verification, line changes, and routine cleaning with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You will work with SAP for materials, participate in preventive maintenance, and learn to improve equipment reliability alongside maintenance engineers. This position offers growth within a global consumer-health company.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, Industrial Mechanics or Instrumentation with 1 year packaging/manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor's degree with no experience.
• Proficient in basic computer programs and PLC-based packaging equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up packaging equipment and perform line changeovers.
• Verify materials with SAP and coordinate next order components.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and packaging records.
• Follow safety, GMP, and 5S practices daily.
• Assist maintenance and equipment repair as needed.
