Job summary

Opella Consumer Healthcare is hiring a Packaging Technician to operate and maintain packaging lines, from tube fillers to bottle fillers and cappers. You’ll set up, clean and service equipment, ensuring safety, quality and compliance with FDA and cGMP standards.

This 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm–11:00pm) offers a hands-on role in a fast-paced facility where teamwork, problem solving and attention to detail help bring self-care products to hands and homes while supporting sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing with high-speed packaging.
• Knowledge of FDA and cGMP regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain packaging lines for safety and quality.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery as needed per SOPs.
• Prepare lines for various products and set up components.
• Monitor product quality and reject non-conforming materials.
• Follow Set-Up Sheets, SPIs, and FDA/cGMP requirements.
