Job summary

US Pharma Lab, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Operator for the 2nd shift to safely operate packaging equipment, perform start-up/shut-down, and maintain batch records in a GMP environment.

The role requires attention to detail and adherence to cGMP and safety standards. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year packaging experience in nutraceutical, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing; lifting up to 50 lbs and standing 8 hours per shift are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and/or 1+ years packaging experience.
• Minimum of one year in nutritionals, supplements, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Able to follow written instructions precisely and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch records, SOPs, and CGMP guidelines to meet specs.
• Maintain documentation such as operation logs and batch records.
• Inspect product quality during operation and perform sampling/testing as required.
• Handle start-up/shut-down duties for packaging equipment.
• Load/unload items and manage rejects or re-inspection.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines to maintain packaging specs.
• Keep a clean work area and proper gowning/hygiene.
