Job summary

Opella is seeking a Processing Technician to manufacture bulk blend products and operate packaging lines in a 2nd shift role (2:00pm–10:00pm) in Chattanooga, TN. You will ensure quality and quantity of materials, learn to operate mills, grinders, conveyors, mixers, and tableting presses, and maintain clean, safe work areas in a team-focused environment.

You will follow cGMP and SOPs, maintain production records, and work toward refining processes while supporting sustainability and product

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing and operating high-speed packaging equipment.
• Ability to lift 25–60 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production lines with safety, quality, and output in mind.
• Troubleshoot and propose improvements to keep production running smoothly.
• Receive training and quickly take ownership to grow skills.
• Follow FDA/cGMP and SOP requirements and keep detailed production records.
• Work as part of a team in a 2nd shift environment (2:00pm–10:00pm).
