Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Production Technician III for Packaging on the 2nd shift. You will support equipment setup, changeovers between batches, and troubleshoot during production to maximize line efficiency.

Responsibilities include analyzing downtime and OEE data, communicating issues, implementing process improvements, training Machine Operators, and ensuring compliant setup and changeover times.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a technical field.
• High school diploma or GED with proven mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and enterprise software (Dynamics, Veeva, Trackwise).

Responsibilities

• Analyze downtime and efficiency data to respond to ops needs.
• Communicate equipment issues to shifts and supervisors via reports.
• Evaluate and implement improvements to equipment processes.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks and target improvements.
• Initiate work orders for equipment problems and complete changes.
