Job summary

Winland Foods is seeking a Certified Packaging Team Member to pack, monitor, and maintain equipment at our Kenosha, WI facility. You’ll operate lines, ensure labeling and packaging accuracy, and support safety and quality goals in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year in manufacturing, with forklift certification preferred for advanced levels. Competitive benefits and a comprehensive safety culture are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level).
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery (depalletizers, palletizers, conveyors, forklifts).
• Complete equipment changeovers and address issues quickly.
• Use SAP, IQS, MII, and Weaver to keep Packaging flowing.
• Perform routine operation checks and daily inspections.
• Conduct sanitation and preventive maintenance during changeovers.
• Record inventory transactions and quality results in SAP.
