Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Certified Packaging Team Member to operate and maintain packaging lines at the Kenosha, WI facility. The role supports safe, efficient packaging and quality assurance, with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule and shift options.

Responsibilities include equipment changeovers, routine checks, sanitation, and inventory data entry in SAP. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be 18+ with forklift certification preferred for advanced levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on production line equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery and perform changeovers.
• Inspect labeling, packaging, and product quality.
• Maintain sanitation and follow GMP/HACCP/SQF/FSMA.
• Record inventory transactions in SAP and support 5S.
• Provide backup coverage for multiple roles and assist training.
