Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Certified Packaging Team Member in Kenosha, WI. You will operate and maintain packaging equipment, ensure accurate labeling, and help uphold food safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, HS diploma or GED, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The schedule is 2-2-3 rotating, with day or night shifts, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or food production experience.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery (depalletizers, palletizers, conveyors, forklifts).
• Perform routine operation checks and preventive maintenance; address issues quickly.
• Inspect products for correct labeling and packaging; follow FIFO and record shipments in SAP.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA and food safety policies; maintain sanitation.
• Provide teamwork, leadership and training; support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
