Job summary

Honey Green is seeking a Packaging Support I to assist in turning bulk materials into finished products for the market. You will weigh, fill, seal, label, and box cannabis products, while performing in-process checks to ensure accuracy and presentation.

The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards, with opportunities to cross-support Flower Processing & QC as trained. The position offers full-time work in a controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and able to obtain Missouri cannabis credential.
• Ability to understand and follow SOPs, safety requirements, and documentation standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Reliable with attention to detail and capable of repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to learn weighing, filling, sealing, labeling, boxing, sanitation, and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Execute packaging and final-assembly workflows for cannabis products.
• Weigh, fill, seal, cap, label, box, and stage products using approved specifications.
• Perform in-process checks for weight tolerance, fill level, seal integrity, label placement, and batch accuracy.
• Complete production counts, material usage, label reconciliation, and inventory records.
• Do line setup, changeover, cleaning, sanitation, and report issues promptly.
• Support Flower Processing & QC when trained, while keeping Packaging as primary.
• Learn and follow procedures, quality criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Build proficiency through training and coaching.
