Job summary

Honey Green in Joplin, MO is seeking a Packaging Support I to join our cannabis manufacturing team. You will help turn bulk product and packaging components into finished goods that are accurate, clean, and market-ready, performing weighing, filling, labeling, boxing, and quality checks.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll learn standardized work, follow SOPs, and support cross‑training with Flower Processing & QC. You must be 21+, reliable, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow with us.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and able to obtain Missouri cannabis facility credential.
• Able to follow written SOPs, safety requirements, and documentation standards.
• Clear communication, team-oriented and proactive in questions when unclear.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to perform repetitive tasks at a steady pace.
• No prior cannabis or packaging experience required; willingness to learn weighing, filling, labeling, and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Execute packaging and final-assembly workflows for cannabis products.
• Weigh, fill, seal, cap, label, box, and stage products per specs.
• Perform in-process checks for weight tolerance, fill level, seal integrity, label placement, batch/lot accuracy.
• Complete production counts, material usage, label reconciliation, and inventory records.
• Perform line setup, changeover, cleaning, sanitation, and report equipment issues.
• Support Flower Processing & QC quality and finishing activities when trained.
• Complete assigned tasks using approved methods and seek clarification when needed.
• Build proficiency through structured training and coaching.
