Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Packaging Specialist to support on-site assembly and packaging of cannabis products, including flower, edibles, and extracts. You will weigh, package, and label products, operate sealing equipment, and help with QA sampling in a regulated facility.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to stand and lift up to 25 lb for extended periods. 21+ with proper state registration eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a related position.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to register with state cannabis commission as an agent.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, assemble, package, seal, and label products.
• Safely operate packaging equipment (flow wrap, labeling, heat-sealing).
• Collect samples for QA as needed for quality testing.
