Green Bay Packaging is hiring Manufacturing Technicians for our Winchester Division on the 2nd shift, 2:45PM-11:00PM (M-F) with overtime as needed. The role includes operating machinery and material handling, with opportunities across several teams including shipping, quality and maintenance.

Candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, pass drug and physical screenings, and complete a background check. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401K/pension plan.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret job orders accurately.
• Ability to perform basic math and read a tape measure.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and pre-employment physical.

Responsabilités

• Operate machinery, hoist and fork/clamp trucks.
• Train across multiple facility roles including material handling, shipping, quality and maintenance.
• Support a non-climate controlled environment and comply with safety policies.
