Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; technical/mechanical training preferred.
Forklift experience or willingness to certify quickly.
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in hot, cold, or dusty environments.

Responsibilities

Run and monitor packaging and bulk load-out equipment for smooth, safe production.
Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting, adjustments, and preventive maintenance on pack line equipment.
Support bulk load-out and warehouse operations, including forklift driving and loading/unloading shipments.
Spot and resolve equipment or process issues proactively.
Complete quality checks, prepare samples, and finish required production paperwork.
Accurately enter shipment and production data in internal systems.
Execute deep cleaning and sanitation between production runs.
Collaborate with maintenance and operations to improve reliability and efficiency.
