Job summary

Nature’s Way, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Technician for the Challenger Plant on our 2nd shift (3:00pm–1:00am, Mon–Thu). This role focuses on operating and maintaining packaging equipment, ensuring sanitary conditions, and meeting quality specifications in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a proficiency-based wage program with increases every 4–6 months and a shift differential for 2nd shift. Join us to contribute to reliable production and product integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in packaging or production environments.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assigned machine(s) to detect product defects.
• Perform job duties within SOP and cGMP guidelines.
• Complete all job-related documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness of work space, equipment, and materials.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain sanitary conditions when introducing new jobs.
• Produce finished goods that are defect-free and properly identified.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and pallet jacks as required.
• Notify Supervisor/Manager of safety, quality, or operational concerns.
• Follow PPE guidelines at all times.
• Be flexible with work schedule to meet business needs.
