Job summary

Bayer in Myerstown, PA is hiring for a 2nd Shift Associate Tech (Packaging Operator) to setup, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot packaging lines. You will work with autonomous teams to improve efficiency, safety, and quality while following GMP, SOPs, and 5S practices.

The role emphasizes dynamic ownership, training, and cross-functional collaboration within a manufacturing setting. Shift runs 3:00 PM–11:20 PM; prior GMP exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working in GMP or SOP environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely with changing production schedules.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and package high-quality products in OTC and Nutritional factories at the Myerstown site.
• Drive operational efficiencies with multidisciplinary teams.
• Follow 5S and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Document production steps and support quality checks.
• Participate in continuous improvement and training.
