Winland Foods seeks a Certified Packaging Team Member to operate and maintain packaging equipment on 1st shift. You will monitor processes, perform changeovers, and ensure product labeling and packaging meet quality standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year manufacturing experience, and SAP familiarity. Forklift certification is preferred; 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Full-time, on-site in Buckner, KY.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred and required for Advanced Level; willingness to obtain certification.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery and assist with changeovers.
• Monitor packaging processes and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
• Perform routine operation checks and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure sanitation and cleanliness after changeovers.
• Record inventory transactions and quality results in SAP.
