Winland Foods is seeking a Certified Packaging Team Member for 2nd shift at our Buckner, KY facility. You will operate packaging equipment, ensure correct labeling and packaging, and maintain sanitation in a fast-paced production environment.

We value safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Starting wage is $24.02 per hour plus shift differential, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the production group.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification if not already held.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery and perform changeovers.
• Monitor processes and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
• Record inventory transactions and quality results in SAP.
• Conduct routine inspections and sanitation after changeovers.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and safety policies.
• Assist training and provide back-up coverage for multiple lines.
