Winland Foods, Inc. is hiring a Certified Packaging Team Member for the 1st shift in Buckner, KY. You will operate and maintain packaging equipment, monitor processes, and ensure products meet labeling and quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Operate basic packaging machinery (depalletizers, palletizers, conveyors, fillers, case packers, box machines, unscramblers).
  • Complete equipment changeovers and address operational issues quickly.
  • Use SAP, IQS, MII, and Weaver to keep Packaging flowing.
  • Perform routine operation checks and daily inspections, preventive maintenance.
  • Inspect products for correct labeling, alignment, and packaging; perform manual packing and palletizing.
  • Follow FIFO inventory methods; manage materials and record shipments in SAP.
