Job summary

Pregis Corporation in Seattle seeks a Regional Automated Solutions Manager - Northwest to drive profitable growth through integrated packaging equipment, automation, and consumables. You will lead solution-based selling, partner with customers to identify operational challenges, and deliver measurable value.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - Northwest, you will expand accounts, develop new business, and coach Account Managers. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of successful sales experience.
• Experience in protective packaging, industrial products, automation systems, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close complex sales opportunities.
• Experience managing distributor, end-user, vendor, and strategic partner relationships.
• Experience selling capital equipment, consumables, and/or solution-based offerings.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual sales objectives for machinery, automation, and consumables within the Northwest Region.
• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy focused on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through direct sales efforts and channel partners.
• Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through implementation and ongoing account management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, end users, brokers, and strategic partners.
• Coordinate installation activities and customer implementation plans with Operations, Service, Engineering, and Product Management teams.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and account activity within CRM.
