Job summary

Pregis is seeking a Regional Automated Solutions Manager - Northwest to drive profitable growth, customer retention, and equipment utilization across the Northwest. You will blend sales leadership with technical solutions expertise, collaborating with customers to identify operational challenges and deliver value through integrated packaging solutions including equipment, automation, and consumables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of successful sales experience.
• Experience in protective packaging, industrial products, automation systems, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success selling capital equipment, consumables, and/or solutions.
• Experience managing distributor, end-user, vendor, and strategic partner relationships.
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close complex sales opportunities.
• Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and apply technical, operational, and financial concepts.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the Northwest Region.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual sales objectives for machinery, automation, and consumables in the Northwest Region.
• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy focused on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through direct sales and channel partners.
• Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through implementation and ongoing account management.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, end users, brokers, and strategic partners.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customer operations and recommend system-based packaging solutions.
• Deliver ROI analyses and business cases to articulate benefits of Pregis solutions.
• Differentiate Pregis through technical expertise and value-added service.
• Travel extensively to engage multi-location customers and MLA accounts.
