Job summary

Welser Profile North America is seeking a proactive professional to lead packaging material flow, inventory and warehouse management. You will manage SAP-based data, coordinate inventories, and partner with Purchasing and Material Handling to optimize packaging storage and material flow.

You will support continuous improvement initiatives, ensure on-time availability of packaging for production, and collaborate with global teams to meet quality and delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in engineering, supply chain, operations management, or business.
• 2–5 years in manufacturing, engineering, packaging, supply chain, logistics, or related coordination.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with warehouse operations and inventory management.
• SAP or ERP experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• CAD or technical drawing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage packaging master data and planning activities in SAP.
• Oversee customer- and company-owned packaging inventories and replenishment.
• Coordinate packaging materials purchasing and supplier engagements.
• Support receiving, storage, and inventory control of packaging materials.
• Collaborate with Material Handling to optimize packaging storage and flow.
• Develop processes to improve packaging accuracy, traceability, and accessibility.
