Qualifications

  • Cannabis packaging or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Warehouse, food production, or assembly experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must hold a valid and active Arizona Facility Agent Card.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Essential Responsibilities
Packaging

  • Count, weigh, package, and seal cannabis products.
  • Assemble retail-ready products including flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, and edibles.
  • Apply compliant labels and verify product information.
  • Prepare finished goods for inventory and shipment.
Quality Assurance
  • Inspect products for quality and consistency.
  • Identify damaged or defective products.
  • Report discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Maintain production accuracy throughout each shift.
Compliance
  • Follow all state cannabis regulations and company SOPs.
  • Complete production and inventory documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all PPE and sanitation procedures.
Team Support
  • Assist with inventory counts.
  • Support production deadlines.
  • Cross-train in other production areas as needed.
