The Packager role is the daily facilitator for preparing all products needed for fulfillment. The production team must work at high levels of production efficiency, safety, and hygiene. The Packager is expected to follow, maintain, and hold the team accountable to standard work methods and safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
