Job summary

Vangst is seeking a Cannabis Packaging & Edibles Associate to support our production team in Colorado. You will package cannabis flower, pre-rolls, concentrates and edible products, ensuring quality and compliance with SOPs.

In a fast-paced environment, you will count, weigh, label and prepare products for retail, maintain production records, and work closely with teammates to hit daily goals while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

  • Prior cannabis packaging experience preferred.
  • Edibles or food production experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Must be dependable with excellent attendance.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain all required state cannabis credentials.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

  • Package cannabis flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, and edible products per SOPs.
  • Count, weigh, label, seal, and prepare products for retail distribution.
  • Assemble and package edible products while maintaining quality standards.
  • Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.

  • Follow all state cannabis regulations and company compliance procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
  • Report damaged products, equipment issues, or quality concerns to leadership.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Perform additional production and packaging duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.

Work Environment
This position works in a licensed cannabis manufacturing facility. Employees must follow all company safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with all state and company cannabis regulations.
