Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Packaging Specialist I to perform general pharmaceutical production tasks in a lean manufacturing setting. You will inspect, package, and handle materials, while ensuring right-first-time accuracy and complete documentation.

A strong focus on quality and safety, with use of MS Office tools and a collaborative team approach, is required. The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards, and ongoing process improvement within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and production practices.
• Experience in a Lean Production and/or manufacturing environment; 5S, PDCA, M1, etc.
• High attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy of documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tasks comply with batch records, SOPs and safety guidelines, and regulatory standards such as cGMPs.
• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot packaging equipment and perform minor repairs.
• Monitor and adjust processes/equipment to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all tasks.
• Perform all PO duties; manage line clearances and material check-in.
• Communicate effectively with team and leadership to meet production schedules.
• Other duties as assigned.
