Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and read batch records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tasks follow batch records, SOPs, and safety guidelines including cGMPs.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on packaging equipment.
• Monitor and adjust processes to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Maintain complete and accurate task documentation.
• Provide leadership to line operators and communicate with support staff.
• Collaborate to meet production schedules and objectives.
