Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and basic math; strong English communication and reading comprehension.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Basic use of Microsoft applications and general computer skills; effective interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tasks follow batch records, SOPs and safety guidelines, and regulatory standards such as cGMPs.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair packaging equipment; monitor and adjust processes to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all tasks; provide leadership to line operators and communicate with support personnel and leadership.
• Collaborate to maintain production schedules and meet objectives.
