Zoetis in the United States seeks an engaged Packaging Operator for our Kalamazoo facility. This entry-level role performs general pharmaceutical production tasks, including inspection and packaging, with a focus on right-first-time quality and lean processes.

You will work on packaging lines, document operations, and support setup and changeovers while maintaining safety and compliance with cGMPs. The role offers full-time hours with a 3rd shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math, English communication, and reading comprehension.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and general computer skills.
• Effective interpersonal communication and a positive outlook.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing/ packaging/ inspection machinery.
• Document and monitor manufacturing/ packaging/ inspection operations.
• Participate in basic line setup and changeovers.
• Responsible for packaging activities.
• Monitor and adjust processes to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Maintain complete and accurate task documentation.
• Gowning and aseptic technique required in classified area.
• Communicate effectively with shop floor and support personnel.
• Operate packaging equipment and meet production schedules.
