Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Sales Representative to actively develop new business relationships and expand existing customer accounts by offering packaging and design solutions tailored to client needs. You will lead pricing discussions, negotiate agreements, coordinate with the design team to improve packaging, and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline.

A Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years in corrugated packaging sales are required, with a valid driver’s license and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in corrugated packaging or packaging solutions.
Valid driver's license with good driving record (last 3 years).
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Ability to negotiate sales agreements with complex accounts.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals within assigned territory or accounts.
Secure and maintain distribution, provide pricing, negotiate, and maintain sales agreements.
Develop lead generation plans and expand existing business by nurturing customer relationships.
Coordinate with design to improve existing packaging and develop new designs.
Manage accounts including recordkeeping, forecasts, budgets, and credit collections where relevant.
