Smurfit Westrock Packaging Solutions is seeking a driven Sales Representative in Minnesota to hunt for new customers, build relationships, and present value-added packaging solutions through our distribution network. You will collaborate with operations and sales teams, travel locally, and maintain an in-depth knowledge of customers while meeting service and performance goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated sales experience in packaging and containers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record in sales and relationship building.
• Willingness to travel locally as required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate persistence and overcome obstacles to meet goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
• Architect and articulate packaging solutions for customers.
• Develop knowledge of key customers and targets, and identify savings opportunities.
• Plan strategic development of core client base and prospect for new accounts.
