Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative in Orlando to drive growth in corrugated packaging solutions. You will build new business relationships and expand existing accounts by offering innovative packaging and display design ideas aligned with customer needs.

We value 3+ years of sales experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to negotiate and manage key accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in corrugated packaging or packaging solutions & distribution.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record for the last 3 years.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales goals and executes plans within assigned territory or accounts.
• Secure and maintain distribution, provide pricing, negotiate and maintain agreements.
• Create and revise lead generation plans to build a robust pipeline.
• Coordinate with design dept. to improve designs and develop new ones.
• Manage records, forecasts, budgets, and credit collections from accounts.
