Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years outside sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, be self-motivated, manage time, and succeed with teams.
• Ability to negotiate sales agreements independently and handle difficult accounts.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales goals and executes plans within assigned territory.
• Secures and maintains distribution of products, provides pricing, negotiates, and maintains sales agreements.
• Develops lead generation plans to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Satisfies customer needs and expands existing business by maintaining relationships.
• Coordinates with design department to improve designs and develop new ones.
• Reviews opportunities and processes with sales manager and suggests improvements.
• Manages account administration including records, forecasts, budgets, and collections.
